yes, we provide a Retube service. we make new tubes for from orca Hypalon usually we will require one side and nose panel. however we have some templates already so worth asking , and comparing notes
yes we have a mobile repair service , however this service is weather dependent and the boat (repair area) needs to be dry and out of wind and cold ideally our adhesives need to be around 15-21c for most effective repair work
if the tube has been punctured and repaired from the inside and outside i would recommend leaving it at least 6 hours, if it has just an external patch 24 hours before reinflation this allows plenty of time for the repair to set correctly and have a stronger bond.
pvc repairs can be finicky it need very stable warm temperature, no moisture, 24 hours or to be really safe 48 hours.
yes we could but the reality is you are better off replacing it with hypalon while you can.
